seme yg dah rasa la erkk?)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;175 gm butter ( i use SCS)&lt;br /&gt;200 gm castor sugar&lt;br /&gt;3 eggs&lt;br /&gt;280 gm all purpose flour&lt;br /&gt;4 teaspoon baking powder (if use self raising flour takyah buh baking powder)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;jam and castor sugar utk layer and perhiasan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara2&lt;br /&gt;beat butter and sugar sampai kembang&lt;br /&gt;masukkan telur one at a time&lt;br /&gt;di bekas lain, ayak tepung, baking powder.&lt;br /&gt;then, fold into the butter nyer mixture&lt;br /&gt;remember, tepung ke dalam butter nyer mixture bukan the other way around&lt;br /&gt;pastuh, bahagi dua and bakar.&lt;br /&gt;suhu around 175 celcius, dalam 20-25 mins&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bila sejuk, buh la jam apa kroang suka kat satu layer, pastuh tangkupkan satu lg kek kat atasnyer..&lt;br /&gt;nieh tricky skit sbb kek tuh lembut kan...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;pastuh.. korang taburla castor sugar kat atas tuh skit... kasik nampak chantekkkk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;senang kan? daun kari&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;em&gt;(diracik dgn rakusnyer...)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;bahan perisa:~&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 sudu besar sos tiram&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;gula, garlic&lt;/strong&gt; dan &lt;strong&gt;lada hitam&lt;/strong&gt; secukup rasa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;sedikit cuka&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;150gram Nestum original flavour cereal&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;em&gt;(mesti nestum, jangan ngengada nak tukar cornflake ke, coco crunch ke, honeystar ke... kalau tak jadi sapa nak jawab? ;p)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;cara membuatnya: ~&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. bersihkan udang, buang kepala dan kaki&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;em&gt;(takkan itu pun nak ajar, wei?)&lt;/em&gt; tapi &lt;strong&gt;tinggalkan kulitnya&lt;/strong&gt;...&lt;em&gt; (nak buang terus kepala tu pun ok je, nak framekan pun ok, tak kisah...)&lt;/em&gt; &lt;strong&gt;perap udang dgn bahan A selama 20 minit.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. campurkan bahan B dan masukkan udang yang dah perap tadi tu. gaul rata.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. panaskan minyak... biarkan udang tu deep fry&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;em&gt;agak-agak dah cantik kaler&lt;/em&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;angkat dan toskan minyak. gaul rata bahan C, ketepikan&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;em&gt;(nak letak tepi kiri ke kanan ke, tak cerewet... tapi kalau nak letak tengah pun boleh, ikut suka la...)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. cairkan butter&lt;/strong&gt;... (&lt;em&gt;untuk lebih meriah, cam biasa... pasanglah lagu butterfinger yg mana suka pun... i likeee)&lt;/em&gt; &lt;strong&gt;masukkan bahan C. kacau campuran C dengan cepat untuk mendapatkan telur goreng yang halus dan rangup selama 2 minit.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;em&gt;(kalau terlebih 2 minit pun takpe, takde sapa nak marah... hehe...) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;angkat dari kuali.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. goreng bawang putih, cili padi dan daun kari hingga wangi. masukkan udang dan bahan perisa. gaul rata sebelum dimasukkan telur goreng &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;dengan nestum&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;em&gt;butter kena lebih sikit sebab nestum serap butter. Kulit popiah (takkan nak pakai kulit kiter plak..huhu)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Carrot (1/2 batang dihiris halus)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Sengkuang (size comel 1/2 biji pun cukup..dihiris halus gak)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. isi ayam (dihiris kecik2)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;5. kiub pati ayam knor (seciput jer letak)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;6. garam sikit jerrr sbb kiub dah masin&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;7. bawang merah + putih (blend or tumbuk)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;8. bawang beso (sebijik di potong dadu bukan dimain dadu yer..)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cara2:-&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;1. Memula...panaskan minyak untuk menumis.... &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Biler dah panas..mcm biasa campakkan bawang merah+putih blend tu...kiub &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;sekali..kacauuuu.. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Dah tu campakkan bawang beso dadu tu... kacau sampai layu..&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Campak plak ayam + carrot + sengkuang hiris halus tu.. dah empuk sikit (boleh buh air &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;beberapa sudu kalo nk bagi empuk..tp jgn byk nanti cair...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;5. buh ler garam sikit kalo nak... &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;6. Blend all the ingredients and marinande the chicken for at least 1 hour. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Wrap chicken in screwpine leaves and deep-fry chicken until cooked. garam secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;air asam jawa jugak secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Cara-cara:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;goreng ayam hingga kekuning pastu ketepikan&lt;br /&gt;tumis semua bahan tumbuk sampai garing (guna minyak bekas goreng ayam dlm 5 sudu besar). pastu masukkan sikit air &amp;amp; daun limau purut then goreng garing lagi. masukkan semua, cube ayam, gula, garam &amp;amp; sos tiram pastu goreng kering lagi. dah kering sikit, masukkan ayam &amp;amp; last sekali masukkan air asam jawa. masak sampai kering sedikit pastu rasa balik utk adjust rasa. rendang ayam nih rasanya manis2 masam &amp;amp; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;" src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_tIMWSgZTzAE/RvpKuYI0fcI/AAAAAAAAAGc/K3LGBCawAjY/s320/DSC00367.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5114482487446502850" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bahan-bahan (&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;menurut majalah saji june 2006)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;125 gm tepung pulut (&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;sila guna penimbang makanan ye.  bukan penimbang badan.  tak sesuai gitu..&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 keping gula melaka (&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;boleh didapati di pasaraya berhampiran.  tidak perlu ke melaka ya&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 sudu besar air daun pandan (&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;kalau nak yg sedap, sila ke kampung pandan jauh ke tengah&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu kecil air kapur (&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;bukan kapur cikgu sekolah tu tau..&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 biji kelapa (&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;sila la parut...&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;sedikit air (&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;air kosong udahlah.. jangan letak air oren pulak&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara-caranya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;didihkan air dan ketepikan.  sementara itu bancuhkan adunan tepung pulut bersama air daun pandan, sedikit air kapur dan air sehingga menjadi doh.  setelah itu ulikan doh tersebut sebesar guli sambil letakkan gula melaka di tengahnya sebagai inti.  ulangkan langkah yg sama sehingga semua adunan habis.  seterusnya, masukkan onde2 tadi ke dalam air yg mendidih.  biarkan seketika sehingga ia timbul barula angkat dan golekkan di atas kelapa parut yg telah digaul rata dengan sedikit garam.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://bp2.blogger.com/_tIMWSgZTzAE/RvpK9oI0fdI/AAAAAAAAAGk/iXc49YYFGTY/s1600-h/DSC00368.JPG"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; Masak gula dengan air sehingga hancur.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;Kemudian masukkan sagu, perasa pandan. Bersihkan ikan terlebih dahulu sebersih-bersihnya. (Siakap hanyir skit) boleh guna air asam jawa or perah air limau nipis dan basuh ngan air garam lama skit.&lt;br /&gt;2. Sapukan garam halus kat badan ikan tu rata-rata. (ikan dikelar biar meresap)&lt;br /&gt;3. Sapukan sos tiram di badan ikan tu bersama bawang putih dan halia yang ditumbuk tadi.&lt;br /&gt;4. Letakkan ikan kat dalam bekas pengukus.&lt;br /&gt;5. Taburkan carrot tadi dan cili padi yg telah dihiris (cili padi kalau suka pedas)&lt;br /&gt;6. Letakkan 2 biji asam boi tadi, bila dah masak nanti boleh di buang.&lt;br /&gt;7. Ikan dah siap untuk di stim kan. Stim la lebih kurang setengah jam (ada org kata kalau mata ikan tu dah tersembur keluar maknanya dah dekat nak masak)&lt;br /&gt;8. goreng daging beserta garam. asingkan...&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.cheese dan mayonis dipukul rata &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;(tapi ala-ala pukul manja, jgn sampai tahap mendera tau...)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. gaul bersama lada hitam dan daun parsli.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. and then, masukkan secawan air, kacau sehingga sebati. (&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;lebih afdal masa masak pasang lagu 'sejati' supaya cepat sebati)&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;masak dalam periuk atas api. (&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;part ni kena make sure, takut korang semua masak atas lesung batu, hehe...) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. hiris epal hijau&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;em&gt;(dibuang kulit tp jangan jadi mcm kacang lupakan kulit),&lt;/em&gt; &lt;strong&gt;timun jeruk dan bawang bakong, dipotong dadu...&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;em&gt;(sambil tu boleh lah main dam ular jap sebab dah ada dadu, kan...)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. setelah cheese dan mayonis mendidih, masukkan daging goreng tadi beserta bahan-bahan yang dihiris. kacau sehingga pekat. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(&lt;/strong&gt;kalau tak pekat, make sure jangan cair sangat...)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. tambah garam secukup rasa. Hangatkan oven korang yang canggig tuh ke 175 deg celcius. Grease dan tepungkan baking pan anda. Sesuai untuk 8x8 or 9x9 baking pan. Kalau takder, tak kisah..pakai jer belakang tudung periuk korang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Dalam mangkuk..(bukan mangkuk ayun atau mangkuk tingkat) beatkan melted butter tuh ngan gula. Smpi kembang dan sebati yer cik salmah sekian...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Then, campurkan tepung, koko dan garam. Bley la masukkan ke campuran butter ngan gula tuh. After that yer cik salmah, bley masukkan essence vanilla ngan walnuts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Ratakan adunan tersebut ke dlm baking pan anda.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Bakar lah dalam masa 25 ke 30 minit, sampai masak. Kalau nak tahu dah masak atau tidak, masukkan toothpicks ke dalam adunan tuh.
